  7.     Yet something leads me forth.

  9.                              Enter PLEBIANS.

  11. 1st Plebian    What is your name?
  12.  
  13. 2nd Plebian    Whither are you going?
  14.  
  15. 3rd Plebian    Where do you dwell?
  16.  
  17. 4th Plebian    Are you a married man or a bachelor?
  18.  
  19. 2nd Plebian    Answer every man directly.
  20.  
  21. 1st Plebian    Ay, and briefly.
  22.  
  23. 4th Plebian    Ay, and wisely.
  24.  
  25. 3rd Plebian    Ay, and truly, you were best.
  26.  
  27. Cinna    What is my name? Whither am I going? Where do I dwell? Am I 
  28.     a married man or a bachelor? Then to answer every man 
  29.     directly and briefly, wisely and truly. Wisely, I say I am 
  30.     a bachelor.

  32. 2nd Plebian    That's as much as to say they are fools that marry. You'll 
  33.     bear me a bang for that, I fear. Proceed, directly.
  34.  
  35. Cinna    Directly, I am going to Caesar's funeral.
  36.  
  37. 1st Plebian    As a friend or an enemy?
  38.  
  39. Cinna    As a friend.
  40.  
  41. 2nd Plebian    That matter is answered directly.
  42.  
  43. 4th Plebian    For your dwelling, briefly.
  44.  
  45. Cinna    Briefly, I dwell by the Capitol.
  46.  
  47. 3rd Plebian    Your name, sir, truly.
  48.  
  49. Cinna    Truly, my name is Cinna.
  50.  
  51. 1st Plebian    Tear him to pieces; he's a conspirator.
  52.  
  53. Cinna    I am Cinna the poet, I am Cinna the poet.
  54.  
  55. 4th Plebian    Tear him for his bad verses, tear him for his bad verses.

  57. Cinna    I am not Cinna the conspirator.
  58.  
  59. 4th Plebian    It is no matter, his name's Cinna. Pluck but his name out 
  60.     of his heart, and turn him going.
  61.  
  62. 3rd Plebian    Tear him, tear him!
  63.                                                     [The PLEBIANS attack CINNA.
  64.     Come, brands, ho! Fire-brands! To Brutus', to Cassius'!
  65.     Burn all! Some to Decius' house, and some to Casca's; some 
  66.     to Ligarius'. Away, go!
  67.                                           [Exeunt the PLEBIANS with CINNA.
